Terms of service
General info:
When commissioning me, you agree to give me full artistic freedom in drawing your character.
Please be aware of my art style and what my strengths are. You may check my gallery to see what I'm good at.
Please fill the commission form and send it to me via Direct Messages (Instagram/Twitter/ToyHouse/DeviantART), or email me at [email protected]
NSFW commissions are not available for people under 18 years of age.
You must have proper reference images. I won't accept descriptions.
Do not commission characters that aren't yours without written permission from the character's owner.
When ordering a custom please do not send me images of other people's characters, I will not make you a bootleg version of someone else's character.
I don't usually add cutiemarks on pony drawings, so if you'd like me to add it to your commission, let me know.
Price:
The price will get higher based on complexity of characters and commission description.
Payment:
I only accept money through Paypal in EUR.
I only accept money via invoice.
I will not start on your commission until I've received the payment.
Always be prepared to pay the maximum amount or extra so we don't waste each other's time when commission slots are limited.
Do not claim a commission slot if you can't pay within 48 hours.
Refunds:
If for any reason I am unable to start on your commission, you'll be refunded in full.
If you decide to cancel your commission for whatever reason before I've started on it, you'll be refunded in full.
If you decide to cancel your commission and I've started on it already, you will receive a refund, however, you will not get the full payment, because I'll be charging for how much time/how far the commission is completed.
Artworks are non-refundable once finished.
If you issue a chargeback before cancelling your commission or after the commission is done you will be put on a blacklist and you will not be able to commission me ever again. (If it was a mistake please contact me immediately.)
Deadlines:
Commissions are done one at a time.
Pre-paid slots move ahead of unpaid slots.
I try to get all of the commissions done as soon as possible, but I also have a life outside of the internet so please be patient.
Commissions take about a few days or up to two weeks to finish. If by any chance it takes longer I will let you know.
You can keep track of your commission on my public queue.
I work from Monday to Friday.
Additional info:
I have the right to refuse any work, for any reason.
If you'd like minor things in your commission changed (eye color, jewellery added, etc.), please tell me!
If you want bigger things in your commission changed, be prepared to pay extra.
Do NOT edit my artwork! If you need edits just contact me and I can do it for you.
You may post your commission on your accounts, but please credit me!
You may not claim, sell, profit or reproduce the image in any way! (Unless you pay for the image's rights.)
Do not remove my signature from my artwork.
Custom character designs should not be sold for more than they were paid for unless you own more art of the character.
